Independent advice and support

If you would like further advice or support in making a complaint against any NHS organisation, the Independent Health Complaints Advocacy (IHCA) acts independently of the NHS and will be able to help you. 

IHCA has local advocates that can help you by providing a free, independent and confidential service if you need help when making a formal complaint about NHS services.
