Can I make a complaint after the incident/problem has occurred?

A complaint should be made within twelve months of the event occurring, or within twelve months of the date of discovering the problem. 

If your complaint relates to an incident or event that happened over twelve months ago, we may not be able to investigate your complaint fully, due to the time that has passed since the event. 

If this is the case, we will still try to provide you with as much information as possible from the information available.
